excellent stay at central location
strong location efficient staff spacious room delicious breakfast
The hotel location was a STRONG positive. i found transport links nearby. the staff were polite and very efficient. I had a large corner room with ample space. breakfast offered plenty of choice and delicious items.
the lift wait times could be a challenge, particularly during peak hours.

Breakfast includes many choices. It satisfies different tastes. THE buffet features fresh pastries, various hot dishes, and a wide selection of fruits. coffee and juices are also available.

happy with my stay
nice staff well maintained area good room size warm room
hotel is close to the station. it has easy links to the airport. all staff were courteous. the hotel public spaces are maintained well. my room had good size and was warm. the room was cleaned each day. the breakfast provided included a nice selection.
the coffee machine had a long queue.

i found the staff to be helpful with directions and advice. they gave assistance when needed. every employee smiled and seemed glad to assist me, and it contributed positively to my stay.

faulty temperature control broken equipment
The shower's temperature control seemed possessed , fluctuating wildly between scalding and freezing. I nearly yelped a few times. Also , the gym was a bit of a joke. One treadmill was to be from the Stone Age , and a stationary bike was missing a pedal. I trust I did not pay for antique equipment or broken exercise equipment , it was not functional.

good selection convenient location missing drawer smelly toilet
the breakfast had a good selection. the location was convenient, near shopping and transportation. i found the staff nice.
my room had no drawers at all. the toilet in my room was smelly , though they corrected it when i complained.
